PARTNER ONBOARDING · STAGE 01
Your company.
Your foundations.
Let’s confirm the business behind your new chapter with & Co. You may already have completed this when your partnership agreement was prepared; this stage brings the details together.
Already registered?
Prepare your company’s exact legal name, Companies House registration number and company Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR). Use the company UTR, rather than your personal tax reference. If you use a registered-office service, check that it forwards HMRC correspondence promptly.
Still setting up your company?
Read the official Companies House registration guidance. Prepare your proposed company name, registered office, directors, shareholders and identity-verification information. Check the current incorporation fee and requirements on the official service before submitting. Andrew can help you check the setup before you pay.
Waiting for your UTR?
Your company tax reference normally arrives by post at the registered office. Allow for the postal wait; arrival is not guaranteed within a particular number of days. Check correspondence with your office provider and contact HMRC through its official guidance if it has not arrived.
Prepare your biography, a clear high-resolution waist-up portrait and one core postcode for your profile. There is no need to register another company or invent a UTR to continue preparing.
Keep your tax details private.
The secure company-details submission is being configured. Please do not put your UTR into a public enquiry form or email subject. Andrew will receive a clearly labelled notification when your company details are submitted through the completed private form.
