Harrow

Get to know Steven Andrea:

“Born at Northwick Park Hospital and raised in Harrow, I’ve never called anywhere else home. It’s where I grew up, where I’m raising my family and where I’ve built my business. I’ve watched the borough change over the years, and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. My estate agency career began in April 2008 as a trainee at Taylors Estate Agents in St Albans. I worked my way through the industry, eventually becoming an Area Director responsible for Central, North and West London at one of the UK’s largest estate agencies. That experience shaped my approach and, in 2020, I took the leap and launched my own agency here in Harrow. For me, property has always been about people: getting to know them, understanding their plans and offering honest advice through an important chapter of their lives. I want to be someone clients feel comfortable calling whenever they need guidance, whether they’re planning their first move, their next move or helping a family member. The reviews and recommendations our team receives are what I’m proudest of, because they reflect the care and dedication behind every move. Outside work, I’m a proud dad, lifelong Arsenal supporter and season ticket holder. You’ll often find me in the pool early in the morning or at HarroWall enjoying some bouldering and rock climbing. Before becoming a dad, I also raced cars and held a motorsport racing licence—something I’d love to return to one day!”

About Harrow:

“Harrow has always been home to me, and what I love most is how much variety you find within one borough. Each neighbourhood has its own character, communities and way of life, so there’s somewhere to suit all sorts of people. Harrow on the Hill is a particular favourite, with its historic streets, beautiful architecture and the magnificent Harrow School. Some of the buildings look as though they belong in a Harry Potter film, and walking through the area feels quite different from the bustle of London. Then there’s Hatch End, with its fantastic choice of restaurants and cafés, and Rayners Lane, where the vibrant Indian food scene is just one part of the cultural diversity that makes Harrow so special. Pinner offers leafy residential streets and village character, while North Harrow, South Harrow, Harrow Weald and Wealdstone each bring something different to the borough. For me, it’s that balance that makes living here so appealing: excellent connections into Central London alongside green spaces, peaceful roads and established neighbourhoods where you can easily forget how close you are to the capital. Having lived here my entire life, my connection to Harrow goes far beyond property prices and market trends. I’ve watched its neighbourhoods develop, seen the borough evolve and understand why different areas appeal to different people. Choosing a home is about more than the property itself; it’s about finding somewhere that fits your everyday life. Harrow has given me that sense of belonging, and helping others find their own place here is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.”
